BRIDGING THE GAP IS A COMMITTEE THAT PROVIDES A TEMPORARY CONTACT FOR ALCOHOLICS THAT HAVE BEEN RECENTLY RELEASED FROM TREATMENT, CORRECTIONS OR HOSPITAL FACILITIES THAT WANT TO ATTEND MEETINGS.
We need temporary contacts. A temporary contact would be someone that would reach out to them in response to their submitted request to arrange to meet them at a meeting or give them a ride and introduce them to the fellowship and answer any questions they may have. It’s mainly getting them through the doors of AA to help them continue their journey of recovery.
Join the Committee, we also need more members on the committee to help keep things running.
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:15pm at the Central Office or you can join us on Zoom.
