District boundaries defined September 19, 2009, following the dissolution of District 27: South-Cass County line east to 148th Street west to 144th Street; West-144th Street from “Q” Street south to Cass County line; North-“Q” Street 48th Street west to 144th Street; East-60th Street from Cass County line north to Cornhusker Road, west to 74th Street, 74th Street north to Giles, Giles east to 60th Street, 60th Street north to Harrison Street, Harrison Street east to 48th Street, 48th Street north to “Q” Street.

The District Committee Member (DCM) is an essential link between the group GSR and the Area 41 Delegate to the General Service Conference. As leader of the district committee, made up of all GSRs in the district, the DCM is exposed to the group conscience of that district. As a member of the area committee, they are able to pass on the district’s thinking to the delegate and the committee.
